I've delivered 0-1 products, designed end-to-end journeys, and scaled enterprise-level solutions for healthcare, fintech, education, and government domains, where every interaction is bound by regulation, and every solution must balance human needs with institutional demands.
From the UAE to the USA and now in India, my career has been defined by bringing clarity to complex systems and UX challenges through effective cross-functional collaboration and driving product excellence.

Detailed Case Studies
When COVID-19 overwhelmed healthcare systems, the Department of Health lacked a unified view of healthcare capacity and virus spread. I helped design a national pandemic command platform with simulation tools and a public chatbot to combat misinformation.
As global energy markets became increasingly volatile, ADNOC needed clearer visibility into market signals and competitive dynamics. I helped design a market intelligence platform to monitor trends and support strategic decision-making.
When identity verification slowed credit card applications, applicants often dropped off before approval. I designed a selfie-based identity verification experience for American Express to accelerate digital acquisitions.
When content creation was scattered across tools and formats, teams struggled to maintain consistency and speed. I designed a content authoring platform for Curio that streamlined structured content creation and publishing.

I’m an engineer with a background in Information Technology, an MBA in Marketing, and a Design Implementation certificate from Stanford Continuing Studies.
My journey combines a deep understanding of technology, human behavior and business objectives giving me a unique lens to connect the dots between systems & stories and insights & outcomes.

I build strong teams by finding and nurturing talent, cascading organizational goals into clear team objectives, mentoring juniors to upskill, and leading by example. I shape strategy, foster accountability, and develop future leaders through trust, guidance, and collaboration.

I dive deep into every facet of end-to-end experience design, employing storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wire-frames, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. These tools aren’t just artifacts; they’re my language for communicating design ideas and direction.

I work with developers & product owners in building the product and validate the product with user data in order to improve the experience based on research & feedback.
