I am a Service / Product Designer with equal measures of UX, strategy and vision. Evolving as a designer, I’ve learnt two things; crafting customer journeys through every touch-point and getting it out into the world through a well-designed strategy.
I am a digital first thinker, who has customer on top of the mind in everything I do. With deep understanding of human behavior and customer insights I conceptualize, storyboard and design experiences based on the clients’ business strategy. People I worked with say I am passionate about user experience, a strong collaborator and partner, and creative at problem solving.

COLLABORATING WITH REALITY.
I am Engineer with Information Technology background, an MBA grad with marketing as my major and a Design Implementation certificate holder from Stanford Continuing Studies.
With a rich background spanning over a decade in product design and UX, I’ve been at the forefront of shaping impactful solutions across diverse industries and platforms. My journey includes a deep understanding of design methodologies and best practices, ensuring a holistic and user-centric approach in every project.
RESEARCH.
I Conduct user interviews and work with subject matter experts, Big Data Architects, Scientists, Doctors, Educators, Researchers, Strategists, Technopreneurs, and Creative Consultants to define user problems and establish seamless cross-functional partnerships.
DESIGN.
I dive deep into every facet of end-to-end experience design, employing storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wire-frames, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. These tools aren’t just artifacts; they’re my language for communicating design ideas and direction.
BUILD & VALIDATE.
I work with developers & product owners in building the product and validate the product with user data in order to improve the experience based on research & feedback. I showcase a robust capability and passion for end-to-end product management, seamlessly integrating system thinking with efficient execution.
Skills.

If you look at my projects so far, most of them are related to healthcare and every application invariably touches thousands of lives every day.
